There will be some yield loss from drought, but (with the possible exception of white beans) we will not have a total disaster in this area. Kim Vaneyk has arrived home from her adventure in the north and western parts of Canada and the States. She was in time to say hello and goodbye to Karen who returned to Malaysia this week to teach for another year. Summer Bible Camp was held last week with over 30 children children joining together to hear stories, stories, do crafts, play games and learn songs. A tour through the village to sing to some older folks, and a barbeque closed out the week on Friday. Many thanks to the organizers and to the parents who supported so well! The Church Pig Roast is this Sunday!
