The meeting meeting was in - charge of the opposition leader, -Gerald Cornish. The meeting was opened! by singing singing "-0 Canada". This was followed by a piano solo by Minis! Morton. Three essays by the following" pub-iis were then, read by Helen Case, "A Good Book and a Grate Fire," Olive Brown, 'View Year's Resolutions," Aboie Morton "Fashions." Leroy Myl'esi. then read the school paper, in which were many interesting interesting and comical items. A.dele Morton Morton then favoured with a piano solo. This was followed.- by a reading by Hazel Winter, the title of which was "Where is Your Hat." The main item of the program was a scene, "The Merchant of Venice," put on by the upper school pupils. Mr. Rosborough then gave his criticism of the program, after which the -chairman thanked all those who had taken part. The meeting closed with the National Anthem.
