The Liberal-Conservative convention convention held in the community hall last "Friday : evening was one of the high lights of the present 'season. It. Was quite the most successful and .enthusiastic .enthusiastic convention ever held in Durham Durham county. The great hall was packed to capacity and several hundreds hundreds stood outside and listened to the speakers whose addresses were 'broadcasted to them by loud speakers:. I. held their June meeting at the home of Mrs, Moms. The meeting opened with the Institute Ode and Lord's Prayer in unison.
