OUOXO WEEKLY TIMEIS The old board fence to-the entrance to the Fair grounds has been taken down and the hot dog stand has been moved, to the northeast corner of the grounds where it will be used to shelter shelter the race horses. The new fence will not be erected until next spring when- work will be resumed again. Miller attended the 25th silver anniversary of the Toronto Rotary Rotary Club held in the Royal York Hotel, Hotel, Toronto, on Friday evening last.
