This would seem to have a large hole in their defence, however on talking to some of the Eagles they are quite confident confident that their ace right hander Ralph Kennedy (last years MVP) lefty Doug Taylor and Rookie Mike Carman can carry the pitching load. It is worth noting that Doug Taylor pitched 8 innings of shut out ball against Little Britain last year. Manager Ted Stark along with coached Mort Hollowell and Bob Robinson feel with the addition of last year Juniors such as Jerry Thompson, Thompson, Mike Carman, Tom Wallace and Doug Rickard mixed with the seasoned veterancs of the team and a healthy Steve West, they have the personal for a true contender. Mort Hallowell was quoted as saying "Speed and power will be our Wrongest assets."
