The rate in Orono is to be adjusted from a $25.97 yearly charge in 1975 to $82.44 by 1980. This is a, flat rate charge for water use due to the fact that Orono water use is not metered. It was stated on Monday' night that it would be from five to six years before meters are installed in Orono.
