News During the period between Oct. 11th and Oct. 17th, 1976 the Ontario Provincial Police at Newcastle investigated 24 The Orono Country .Jam .borees are ready to start again for another winter season at the Orono Youth Centre Town Hall. As before they'wjll be held on a Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. that has proved most successful for the past 2 years. This time of the day has enabled many of our Senior Citizens to come out and enjoy the many talents of our local entertainers. entertainers. There will be six shows again this season if they prove to be as successful as the past. 2 seasons.
