Mr. Shaw was critical of the recently received Dillon plan which he said would make a shambles out of the Village with high density development development in the north and north-west. He pointed out with the new sewage plant and the proposed new water intake there would be sufficient sufficient services for his development development of a low density nature in the south along the lake which he felt was much more desirable that what is being proposed in the Dillon plan. It was pointed out that the Square 100 lands are now in a waterfront study area and council is to seek what this study is about and just when it might be completed on this particular land.
