She is Sherry-Lee Robinson, a resident of the Orono area, and a student at Sir Sandford Fleming College. This year's work does not involve outside research; what she will be aoing is going through our many newspapers, photographs photographs and the various ac- , count books and papers, and cataloguing the basic information information there - birth, marriage marriage and death dates, and listing all businesses mentioned mentioned or advertised. This will be a great help to people inquiring about possible family family connections or information on this area. It will not only save time - but will also save wear and tear oh our archives collection. If you think this job sounds worthwhile and necessary, but perhaps a little dry and uninteresting to do, believe me, they don't writp newspapers the w^y they used to' (perhaps it's just as wpll) ; the local community columns -«didn't miss much, and they didn't refrain from Commenting either, usually in a very humorous way.
