Front row, Frenchman drives to the top Patrick Tambay of France contihued his winning jvays in the Can-Am circuit on Sunday at Mosport Park and picked up the $25,000 top award for his third win of the season. In winning on Sunday he held the lead throughout the race and in winning set two new records for the Mosport course. H Tambay finished the race with a time* of one hour, 16 minuses and 53,2 seconds resulting in an average speed of 115.15 miles per hour. Last year the win went to Jacky Ickx of Belgium with an average, speed of 113.673 miles per hour. Of local note Allen Berg of Blackstock won the Formula Ford event over the week-end as part of the Can-Am week-end at Mosport.
