Any window dressing that local businessmen feel should be undertaken in a beautification program would • be at the expense of the local businessmen. The meeting on Wednesday is the next step in putting life into the Town by-law in setting the main street area as an Improvement Area. Wilson was travelling north at the time of the accident and came into collision with a south-bound automobile driven by Heather McGill, 26, also of Peterborough.
