May Madness in spotlight May Madness at the Clarice High School was in the Spotlight Friday evening when the school presented their Variety Night of entertainment entertainment by the students. The evening was packed with instrumental and vocal numbers, dance numbers, a kick line and as well a visit from a group of the popular Muppets. In all it made for an entertaining evening with some fine talent being ex hibited by the students. The evening was well attended attended by parents, friends and students. The program included Nicki Schmiegelow and Shelley Lycett with the opening opening number, the Girl's Senior Baksctball team providing the Kick line; Janet Youngman and" Cindy Peal a duet; Cheryl Millçr and Liz Brough a Magic Act; the Grade 13 'French class, Champs Elysee, an Accor- dian duet by Liz Araujo and R„J. Cox; the Purple Haze by Dave Araujo, Mike Watson, Mike Ball and Jay Olesen and ■ a number by the Casualties, Brad Hoptcins, Terry Miller, Chris Tait, Stan Veselinovic and Derrick Murphy.
