Manger now faces a sign reading, "Be Neighbourly, Propane Must go, Don't blow us up". Manger who has been taken to court and fined 'for doing body work on the premises now faces another challenge from neighbours in his attaypb to install propane gas 'service 'service at the garage. Manger states he was recently fined $300.00 for doing body work at the garage and has been issued with a court order to stop such practice in the future. Body work is not permitted permitted on the premises due to the zoning and the Town of Newcastle enforces enforces the provision of the by-law when they receive complaints which in general have come from neighbouring residents. Manger maintains body work is an integral part of his business, ana although he knows it contravenes the by-law such work has always been carried out at the garage by previous owners, he states. ' ■ He states it 'is not as if he was doing body work every day of the year. One or two days, a month would be enough for such work. ", The installation of propane propane tanks, brought another surge of objection and Manger states he is. being blocked no matter what he endeavours in an effort to bolster his business. He said he is becoming very discouraged in his effort effort to make a living. The propane tanks have not been put into service at the present time as further further work would have to be done before he could provide this Service to the community.
