During , the weekend opening, visitors from Vancouver, B.C., Oxford, Oxford, England, Toronto, London, Peterborough, Calgary, Whitby, Oshawa and the Town of Newcastle toured our premises and all remarks were terrific. Everyone enjoyed our garden atmosphere while having tea', coffee and cookies. We have a beautifully displayed shop while still maintaining a home-like appearance appearance with quality arts, crafts and antiques. The sales for this past weekend were very good. At this time the Orono Showcase Co-operative would like to thank everyone who helped to make our opening weekend a success. Wiimot Creek is offering four home designs ranging in size from 828 square feet to 1,104 square feet in a price range from $44,900 to $54,990. Further Rice said the company is offering a reduction of some $5,000 on the first fifty homes being sold. Prices do vary as to site location and size of site chosen as well as extras wanted by the owners. All the sites sold to date are lakefront lots, ' ' The Rice Group operated Sandy Cove accommodating 940 families and Grand Cove Estates accommodating 300 families. The first stage now being considered will include the construction of the recreation complex.
