On Nov. 23 Orono travelled to Millbrook to bring bring home a big win and a shutout for Clayton Rendell in net. Orono scored three great goals. No goals were scored in the first period but in the. second Sommer West came through with the first goal of the game assisted by Scott Ransberry. In the third period Orono came on strong scoring two more goals. Mark Foster, assisted by Scott Ransberry, scored the first and Jeff Hughes got the 1st goal of the game assisted by Drew Hansen. November i28th Orono hosted Baltimore. Not one of Ororio's stronger games, Baltimore went home with 3 4-2 win. The two goals scored by Orono were by Mark Foster and Jeff Hughes, both assisted by Scott Ransberry. On Nov. 30 ORono Novice ended the month with a 1-1 tie with Man vers. Both goals were scored in the first period. Jamie Shetler, assisted by Andrew Burton scored for Orono. On Nov.- 29 Orono travelled to Manvers for their first tournament of the year. Orono seemed a little off the game at first but managed to make it to the B finals and come around to almost winning the final game, but lost to Avco Blackhawks 4-3. The Orono team members came home with a Manvers puck and pennant. Jamie Shetler playing great for all three games received the M.V.P. trophy. Manvers should be congratulated for a well organized organized tournament. Another successful Bazaar and Tea was promoted by the Heather Social Club last week in the Orono Oddfellow's Hall with a good at tendance for the annual event.
