David Sheridan wrapped up" the scoring by knocking the puck into the empty net with 22 seconds left. The championship match was a decidedly unhappier event. The lads met a well-coached L.N.H.L. Black Hawk team with a very capable and fortunate goaltender. Orono did take the lead on a fine individual effort effort by Dustin Reid, but then was thwarted on seVeral occasions by good goaltending, bad luck and some poor shooting. Shawn Hardy held up his end in the Orono goal particularly towards the end of the game as our boys lost a little heart and started scrambling around. Still they put out an excellent effort all day and should not feel disheartened disheartened by the results of the last game. Special mention should go to Jeff Hartwig for winning the MVP award in the last game as well as the MPP (most penalized player) award in game one.
