6-Orono Weekly Times, Wednesday, May 25, 1988 Clarke Bands perform at spring dessert concert in school gym The Clarke Band under the direction of Keith Nicholas presented their spring dessert concert concert on Wednesday evening at the Clarke High School. Those in attendance not only enjoyed enjoyed the evening of music but also the desserts served by and provided by a number of the parents of the band members. Both the intermediate and senior bands performed with many popular selections and as well a number of ensembles added to the program. The Clarke Band travels to Parry Sound for an exchange on Thursday Thursday of this week, The exchange lasts until Saturday when the students will return.
