Man charged with 25 counts of fraud A man has been charged with 25 counts of fraudulent use of credit cards, following an investigating by the Ontario Provincial Police antirackets antirackets branch. The fraudulent loss is approximately $24,500. Over a 10 month period, from December 1987 to October 1988, credit cards were stolen in Torontp, London, Hamilton, Brampton, Kingston, Kitchener-Waterloo, Mississauga, Niagara Falls, Oakville, Orangeville, St. Catharines, St. Thomas, Windsor and Woodstock.
