Orono Pee Wees continue with winning ways The Orono PeeWee Baseball Team played two games last week, and continuing the form that carried carried them to the Kincardine Consolation Consolation Championship the previous weekend, managed to win both. On Friday July 7th Orono travelled travelled to Oakwood to take on the Little Britain team and shaking off the doldrums of the previous evening came away with a very convincing 15 to 5 win. Daryl Reid started on the hill for Orono pitching 5 and one third innings. Mike Landers recorded the final two outs. A major cut in Bell telephone line Last Wednesday a major cut was made in a Bell Line on the Rouge River bridge on Highway No. 2.
