Once again, Her Worship, Mayor Marie Hubbard, has proclaimed that the Town of Newcastle will recognize Recycling Week through the planning of a number of events and activities. The theme for this year's Recycling Week is "Changing "Changing Attitudes: Reduce, , Re-Use, Recycle". There are numerous opportunities opportunities for area residents to participate participate in Recycling Week.
