Jack, 1 want you to cut down all the trees in the forest so I can find the ainethysts! ! Okay, how much ya gonna pay me??!! I'll pay you 10 million dollars for half the forest. Deal!!! The reason Brenden wanted all the trees cut down was because of this. People believed that under a tree in the middle of the forest lay a huge bunch of amethysts. On the other side of the forest lived two tree buggers. Their names were Emily and Kristina. The property where the two girls lived was owned by the WWF(World Wildlife Federation) Emily and Kristina were there to study Wallabies. Kristina, do you have the map to that tree in the middle of the forest? Yeah, I have the map. Brenden had been looking for that map for at least ten years! 1 want those amethysts, Jack. Sure boss, what ever you say ! ! ! Jack, I ve decided to cut down the whole forest. Ell pay you 20 million dollars if you do a good job. He didn't know that the WWF owned the other half of the island. The next day Jack started cutting down the trees. He cut down the great animal tree .That's where the parrots and birds lived, and where the leopards went for shade. All the animals were very mad! ! ! So the animals had a meeting. At the meeting, the great leopard spoke. There is a man cutting down the trees!! We need to get rid of him!! Let's go see Emily and Kristina! ! Good idea!! Let's go!!! So the animals went to see The Tree Muggers. There Whinny the Wallaby told Emily everything. Okay, lets Go! ! As the Tree Muggers and the animals set out to find Jack and Brenden they thought of a plan. When they found the men the two girls started an argument. Why were you getting rid of the rainforest? You don't need to know! The rainforest plays a huge role in our life! If you cut down the trees, the animals will lose their homes and we will lose oxygen! Animals are part of our food chain. If you break the food chain, we could all die of starvation. I don't care! Get'm guys! At that moment all the animals charged at Brenden and Jack. They chased them to the water. The men did not see the water and fell in! It was too far to climb back up so they went to the nearest boat and they were never heard from again ! ! ' The Love of Parents! What would you do? What would you say? If your parents left you and went far, far away. Where would you go? Where would you stay? If only you could make them remain ! There was always your aunt's or maybe your grandma's but those places seem so far, far away. Abandoned, left out on the street, If only I had something to eat. One hour later I begin to cry, Only to see my parents walk by. Then they stop, dead in their tracks Start running towards me calling, "We are sorry. We made a vile mistake." They then took me into their arms To be forever loved! By: Brittany JVTDonnell Grade 6 The Bov Who Made a Snowman Alex made a snowman. He played with the snowman. It got hot and the snowman melted.
