Their last regular season game was a tough 20 to12 loss to one of the Courtice teams and took them out of first place for the first time all summer. Katje O. then hit a single followed by a walk to Sarah and a walk to Michelle to load the bases. Tricia crushed a towering fly ball that unfortunatley for the Truckers was caught in deep left field. The final score was 17-15 for Solina who then went on to win the ",A" division easily. The loss put our girls in the "B" final. Things got interesting as the score see-sawed between Orono and the Tak Masters. Ashley Bickell pitched perhaps perhaps her best game of the season as she shut out opposition over the final 2 innings, striking out 3 in the 7th, while her teammates scored 3 in the 6th and the 7th for a 14 to 13 victory and the "B" Championship.
