("1138337") to sell the Municipality's interest in the part of Church Street (unopened) referred to in 1) by exchanging it for lands owned by 1 138337, which comprise Gold Street (unopened) Silver Street (unopened), both as shown as part of Part 13 on Plan 40R-14915 and the realignment area of Mill Street shown as Parts 1,2 and 3 on Plan 10R-2412.
