The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority Is offering a "Winter Bird Workshop" on Tuesday, November 14, 2000 from 7-9 p.m. This evening will treat participants participants to a slide show of both local and visiting winter birds. Get tips on observing birds, winter bird behaviour, types of backyard feeders to use, seed mixtures for attracting different species, the ethics of feeding, where to go birding locally, and how to get involved with local bird research.
