Bowmanville started right off by scoring first with only 30 seconds gone on the clock and then again two minutes later making the score 2-0' First period continued with both teams getting excellent shots but not getting past either goalie. Not to be outdone, with only 2:05 on the clock, Orono's #8, Blaine Cox slips one past Bowmanville's goal, from a nice pass from #4 Brian Ham son and then again with only 10 seconds left in the first period, Orono's #10, Denis Beenan ties the game from a pass from Brian Hainseon. Coming into the second period, Fibergrate Canada worked as a team with excellent excellent passing and nice shots on die Bowmanville goalie. But again, Orono came through with Josh Dobson, #99, scoring the 5th goal, received from #12, Kevin Bourke.giving Orono a well- deserved win.
