Orono dominated dominated the game and came away with a 8-2 win. Scoring his first hat trick of this season was Chris Haass, with singles going to Mitch Marchbank, Zachary Gibson, Dylan Dennis, Tyson Robinson and Warren Ball. Wood English & Western Lessons Horses Boerded The Major Plumbing Leafs won a very exciting game on Friday night against Omemee. Both teams played a defensive first period with no goals tallied. In the second Omemee went up by a pair of quick goals leading 2 - 0. The Leafs kept the pressure pressure on and made it a 2-1 game at the end of the second period with a great shot by Jarret Lane. The Leaf goalies, Daniel Benedict and Cooper Phillips split the duties in net, keeping Omemee off the board for the rest of the game. Tate Simpson of the Leafs tied it up with a beautiful rush from his defensive position. Starting from his own end he went up the boards and cut in on the Omemee net and Stutts Pharmacy Nail Bitter The Stuffs Pharmacy Novice Leafs won their third game and kept their winning streak alive on Saturday with a nail biting 2-1 victory.
