Completion of Municipal Finance Accounting Course and/or a minimum of two yearn exposure to Municipal Finance functions with spe- cific experience in fund accounting, fund analysis and financial statement preparation. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Office 2000 and/or other related software applications. Proven written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets and detailed financial analysis for Council, other staff and the public. The interview will include oral and written testing to assist in determining the successful candidate.
