Assisting on the goal was Connor MacVarish, and Cody Hughes. Enrolnet followed close again and made the score 2-2. Ryan Bain flicked in the next for Orono, assisted by Curtis Stainton. Enrolnet got the next two goals to take the lead away from the strong Orono team. Mitch Canfield closed out the period with a nice shot to tie the game 4-4. The third period went back and forth until the two minute mark when Enrolnet scored the game winner. Saturday March 12 was a better day for the Orono team. This time they came out on top and posted a 5-4 win over the Durham Regional Police Assoc, team in Courtice. Once the team woke up they commanded the play right up until the third period. Josh Canfield's stick was hot as he scored two unassisted goals 40 secs, apart towards the end of the first period to put the Contractors ahead 2-1. Orono owned the second period and went ahead 4-1 with two goals, the first one scored by Stainton, assisted by Billy Qualtrough and Bain.
