Trim any excess fat off chicken; rub seasoning evenly over chicken Heat oil in large sauté pan or wide saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to P Reduce heat to medium. Add onion; cook just until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook for 2 minutes.
