Wednesday, June 7,2006 Orono Weekly Times - 5 When I was a kid I loved comic books. Spiderman, Batman, Hulk etc. Today kids can watch their héros do extraordinary -thing right on the big screen. I really enjoyed Xmen 3. It had all the original cast and the adventure was wonderful. It had some laughs, and a few surprises. It starred Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, and an interesting interesting Kelsey Grammer as Beast (he is in total blue makeup). The story line is good, there are lots of fights and the world as we know it (dr don't know it) is saved. I enjoyed it. Total fluff but a fun movie to see. I give this film a 3.5 out of 5. I also went to see, The Break-up, with Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn. I know people like this couple. He is Peter Pan and she is trying to--what be his mother? mother? I really didn't like this movie. Yes he does see the light and at 30 something grows up. There were some very funny lines by Vince Vaughn, but not enough to carry the movie. I give this film a 2 out of 5 I suggest you go out and rent the first two Xmen they are just as fun if you like this type of film. It's summer and I love summertime movies, like Open Range, All the Pretty Horses, Spiderman 7 and 2, Hulk, Field of Dreams, Star Wars. All of these are on video. iMmttShMtaHmml Saturday June 17th at the Orono Fish and Hunt Club OPEN HOUSE N ■artete Mnkrani pilm* ttbactuiM T M art ■eta* TMMmN-IR|#11S(5DD> ÜNÜttSMinft Weteime HU Befretimtem SfeOtHD Rifle nstn For More Information call: (905) 983-6089 The Orono Fish and Hunt Club 5310 Main St., Orono LOB 1M0 • 905-983-5301 'Everything with the printed word" Business Cards • Forms Letterhead • Laminating Envelopes • Booklets A Family Owned Business, Offering: Traditional Funeral Services Pre-arranged & Prepaid Services - Cremation Arrangements Alternatives to Traditional Funerals - Out of Town Shipping CORY KUIPERS - PRESIDENT 53 Division Street 905-623-5668 Bowmanvillc, Ontario L1C 2Z8 OFF STREET PARKING Norlhcutt Elliott Funeral Home Community Stream Stewards left to right -Andrea Ellis, Melissa Graham, Dave Copperstone and Marty McGrath, were live catching fish in the Wilmot Creek Tuesday, assessing the creek's fish community.
