But that is now defunct, if it ever had any life, and; England sees France, and naturglly Italy influenced by the old Latin race traditions, with Russia, Ger- many and Austria, as we pointed out last week. influenced by their mon- archical absolutism, all practically combining against her, because as we said, England makes for freedom’s holy cause, even though she has to ï¬ght for it.
