CHICAGO, April 8.--A back--to-- the--farm movement, resulting in a 42 per cent incrgase in farm buying in 1924 and insuring a 40 to 50 per this year, is under way throughout the United States, according to Dr. Herman Janss, director of the farm lands division of the National Asso-- éiation of Real Estate boards here Dr. Janks cited a survey of farm real estate trading just completed by E. M. Fisher, director of educa-- tion and research of the farm land division of the National Real Estate Board which on the basis of reports from 81 states and two Canadian provinces, shows the 42 per cent in-- crease in farm sales in 1924 over Reports from--reputable land deal-- ers in various parts of the country show a marked increase in land sales the first few months of this year over last year," said Dr. Janss. "This condition indicates strongly that the last of 1925. will see al-- most a complete end to effects of post war 'farm depression.' " Dr. Janks cited a survey of farm Dr. Janss declared this steadily increasing trek of people to agricul-- tural districts is due to a gtabiliza-- tion of higher prices for farm prod-- ucts, laws passed by nearly half the states inspiring confidence in farm buying by protecting the purchas-- ers from irresponsible real estate dealers and--"a general realization of advantages by farm life." showed an advance of 65 per cent, indicating also an increase in the valuation of agricultural lands," said Dr. Janss. Joseph Lorocco, 19 years old, 2618 West Huron street, now steps forward to claim the lethean honors with the remark that Mr. Van Winkle was a mere Laramie street, made a call on West Lake street last night. He came out leaped into has car and started home. At high and at low speed the car jolted to Laramie street, many, many blocks away. It took several policemen and the doctor to awaken him long enough to let Lorocco slump down into a cell bed at Austin station. He exited the other way and found Lorocco on the running board, where he had been half an hour, smiling like 3 babe and mouth open in a purling snore. Dr. John B.
