June Waterhouse, a minor, by her father, E. H. Waterhouse, of Lib-- ertyville, against Henry Kreutzer. Attorney Paul MacGuffin filed the praecipe in the suit of Gardner against Pietz and he says the dec-- laration will charge that Gardner was permanently injured when hit by a machine driven in reckless fashion by Pietz..-- _ : Attorney -- MacGuffin says that Gardner is a flagman at the Mil-- waukee avenue crossing of the C, M. & St. P. Ry. and that he was flag-- ging machines because a fast ;Pecial train was comirig through on Febru-- ary 13. The bill will charge that Pietz paid no attention to the warn-- ing, running down the flagman. He is said to have just barely got over the crossing when the train came through. $ 5 In the case of June Wate--house against Henry Kreutzer, the prae-- cipe was also fileéd by Attorney Mac-- guflin. He says the bill will charge that the little girl suffered a broken leg and will be a cripple for life, due to an injury caused by careless-- ness on the part of Kreutzer, & roofing contractor. Miller. He says the bill will charge that Martin was . permanently injured when assaulted by the two men.
