- Teddy Cartwright was the youngest honorary Lieutenant-Colonel and regularly assisted with the inspection of the 18th General Hospital, RCAMC Cobourg Unit. Both of Teddy's grandfathers, Thomas Cartwright and Joe McDunnell, served in WWI.
