- Was located on the north-east corner of Chapel and D'Arcy Street.

- Just before World War I John Helm of Port Hope, Harry Black of New York and W.J. Crossen of Cobourg gave $20,000, $10,000 and $5,000 respectively for the building of this hospital. It opened January 1914 and could accommodate some forty patients. It had a number of additions over the years, and was demolished in 2006 to make room for a Retirement Residence.
