I am scanning photos and documents from my partner's family. Many of these are posted on my Ancestry.com family tree.
One branch of this family is the Raynor / Reynar family. My partner's great-grandmother had boxes of old photos, newspaper clippings, and other documents in her possession when she passed away in 1995.
One of the items that we have is a small obituary / death notice for Ida Hayden Reynar. It mentions her husband, Albert H. Reynar of Victoria College. The date is not on this newspaper clipping.
I am currently seeking more information about how this family is related to our own. And, I would be happy to share this newspaper clipping with others who are interested.

Ida Hayden Reynar was from a Cold Springs ON family She married Professor Reynar and was his second wife. They had several girls as this photo shows. I believe only one married. Their house was at 77 Havelock Street in Cobourg and is currently on the market. You can google it and come up with a virtual tour. I am from Cobourg and worked on some of the archival deposits from the family that were given to the historical society when the last daughter, Josephine died.
