- Sarah Stanton was the daughter of Isaac Brock Stanton of Ottawa. Around 1869 she married Roderick Pringle of Cobourg. Sarah had three sisters and as young women they were known as the "Four Graces". One of her sisters, Julia, married Harold Dillon, 13th Viscount Dillon.
