- Also known as the Tannery. Located on George Street, north of University Street.

- Robson-Lang Leathers Ltd.was established at Cobourg in 1926 on Alice Street and covered about 7 acres of the former Crossen Carriage works under the name of Edwards & Edwards Ltd. The Tannery was sold to John A. Lang and Sons Ltd. of Kitchener for approximately $1,000,000. this price did not include the pickling plant which was to be continued in operation by the Remis Brothers of Boston, Massachusettes, who bought the tannery from W.S. Edwards in 1957. It was located on George Street, north of University Ave. It was said to have had its beginnings in Woodridge, Ontario and moved to Cobourg following a disastrous fire. By 2004 it stood derelict and was slated for demolition in 2007.
