Memorandum of agreement

Memorandum of agreement in Duplicate this Twenty Eighth Day of October, 1907.

Between Frederick John Slade of the Township of Haldimand County of Northumberland and Province of Ontario yeoman of the first part and
Thomas Harrison Tuck of the Township of Cramahe in the in the County and Province aforesaid yeoman of the second part and Margaret Tuck wife of the said Thomas Harrison Tuck of the Third Part.

Witnesseth that the amount due for principal upon mortgage made by the said Thomas Harrison Tuck and Margaret Tuck to one Alfred Slade bearing date January 1st 1896. On this the 28th day of October 1907 is the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars and the said parties hereto have agreed and as hereby covenant and agree to extend the time for payment of the said sum of Eight Hundred Dollars for one year from this date and to reduce the rate of interest thereon in accordance with the term of [?] from six to five percent said interest to be payable annually on the twenty eighth day of October in each year hereafter. The first of such payments of Principal and Interest to be made on the Twenty eighth day of October 1908.

In all respects save as herein – before changed the said mortgage and all covenants provisos and conditions herein contained to remain in full force and effect.
