I nominate Foster M. Russell for the Kinsmen “Citizen of the Year” award.
Mr. Russell is author of “Ink In Our Soul”, published in November 1983. The book (540 pages, 6x9, cloth bound) includes selections of Mr. Russell’s award-winning editorial work; it is an intimate, authentic “voice” of Cobourg. Under Mr. Russell’s editorship, The Cobourg Sentinel-Star gained national and international recognition.
I am a native of Cobourg and a member of The Cobourg and District Historical Society.
