LAST WARDEN OF UNITED COUNTIES---- Weston Banister, Deputy-Reeve of Hope Township, will go down in the history of the United Counties of Northumberland and Durham as the last warden to preside over the two counties. Last week the United Counties officially drew to an end and the history of Northumberland County begins anew.
