Order for Partial Distribution
Earl A. Scea, the Administrator of the Estate of George Waldie, Deceased, and also an heir at law of said deceased, having presented to this Court his petition for Partial Distribution of the cash assets of said estate, and it appearing from said petition that all creditors except those listed below have been paid, and that the only remaining expenses not paid are certain costs of administration and the North Dakota Inheritance taxes for which purposes sufficient funds are on hand above the amount requested for distribution, and this Court having issued a Citation hearing said petition and due notice thereof having been given as required by law and all parties interested having (?) notice. And the Court being informed in the premises and it appearing that a partial distribution of cash on hand of said estate both in Canada and the United States should be made.
NOW THEREFORE, it is ordered that the sum of Forty-four Thousand Dollars ($44,000.00) cash of said estate located in the United States and Canada be distributed by said Administrator to the following heirs in accordance with their rights thereto, which is as follows:

That said Administrator take their receipts therefore, that no bond be required of any of said distributees and that upon filing receipts from said distributes, the administrator of this estate be authorized without further order to reduce the amount of the Administrator’s (?) to the extent o the distribution hereby ordered.
