AGREEMENT made in triplicate this SEVENTH day of AUGUST in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Five;
BETWEEN
THOMAS ROBERT WALDIE of the Township of Haldimand in the County of Northumberland, Farmer,
OF THE FIRST PART:

ROBERT WALDIE of the same place, Retired Farmer, and Christina Waldie of the same place, Spinster,
Of the second part
WHEREAS the party of the Second Part, Robert Waldie, has today Deed to the party of the First Part the South Half of Lot Number Twenty-two in the Third Concession of the said Township of Haldimand.
NOW in consideration of the said transfer it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto:-
1-. THAT the party of the First Part shall furnish to the parties of the Second Part during the term of their natural lives suitable and proper accommodation in the house on the above mentioned premises.
2-. THAT the party of the First Part further agrees to supply the parties of the Second Part with heat and food for the period during which they occupy the said house.
3-. THAT the parties of the Second Part hereby agree to pay their own medical and funeral expenses and to provide themselves with clothing out of their separate estates.
