DOHERTY, Robert James - At the
Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on
Wednesday, October 25th, 2006 in his 77th
year. Robert was the beloved husband of
Edith Doherty (nee Coverley). Dear stepfather
of Janice Elliott and David Elliott.
Loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 1
great grandson. Robert is survived by his
brothers Patrick Doherty and Ken Cole
(Rose), and predeceased by brothers John
Doherty, James Doherty and Carl Cole.
Friends may call at the MACCOUBREY
FUNERAL HOME, 30 King St. E., Cobourg
on Friday, October 27th, 2006 for visitation
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m and on Saturday one
hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. A
funeral service for Robert will be held in the
funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday
October 28th, 2006, with interment following
at Cobourg Union Cemetery. If desired,
donations may be made by cheque to the
Heart and Stroke Foundation or the
Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation.

of General Motors in Oshawa after 33 years.
