DUNK, George Martin - (District Captain,

Brighton District Fire Department) -

Peacefully at his residence and surrounded

by his family, on Sunday, December 17th,

2006, age 47 years, after a courageous

battle with cancer. George Dunk, loving

husband of Kathie (Collins), for 26 years.

Loving father of Josh and his fiancée Holly

Erwin, Katie-Lynn, and Krystal, and missed

by his best friend “Hot Spot“. Dear son of

Dorothy Dunk and Albert Baitley of

Cobourg, and son-in-law of Eva “Nanny“

Collins of Trenton. Predeceased by his

father Clarence James Dunk. Dear brother

of Bev and Paul Phillips and dear uncle of

Lacey, Kristin and Shannon. Dear brotherin-

law of John Collins and his wife Rose,

Tina and Dave Bullis, Joann and Earl

Dunkley, Victor and Bonnie Boutilier, Byron

and Glenda Boutilier, Phillip and Stella

Boutilier, and Terry and Shelley Boutlier.

Sadly missed by Laryssa, Jaycee, Isobel

and Rachel. The family will receive friends

at the WALAS FUNERAL HOME, 130 Main

Street, Brighton on Wednesday from 2-4

and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held in the

Terry Fox Auditorium of E.N.S.S., on

Thursday, December 21st at 1:30 o’clock.

Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Brighton.
