COURNEYA, Murray D. - Passed away
peacefully at the Northumberland Hills
Hospital in Cobourg after a courageous
battle on Monday, July 9, 2007. Murray was
the beloved husband of Barbara
(predeceased). Cherished father of
Elizabeth and her husband Christopher
Brown and Allison and her husband Paul
van Laren all of Cobourg. Loving and kind
Poppa of Ariana, Alexa and Nikolas van
Laren. Brother of Margaret and her husband
Wesley Graham of Peterborough. Murray
will be fondly remembered by his brothers
and sisters-in-law as well as his many
nieces and nephews. In keeping with
Murray’s wishes a private service has taken
place with interment at St. Peter’s Catholic
Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to
COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME &
CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge
Street, Peterborough, In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations to Northumberland Hills
Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
