Notes
by Susan Bergeron 1992 & 1993

Researcher comment (February 2014): "The Fowler family are buried in the little cemetery of Lakeport. They owned a tobacco wholesale business in Colborne and also had homes there as well as a cottage at Loughbreeze near the Rice Farm."

Research comment (February 2024): "Please note that when the transcription was done in 1999 that the entry on p. 14 for Martin and Hannah Keelen, was transcribed incorrectly. The couple is Martin and Hannah Keeler. They are my 4x great-grandparents. Martin died in 1844 not 1811 as well. Martin Keeler was Joseph Keeler's (Old Joe the first one) youngest brother.

You can see the old monument and new one (I replaced it in 2009) while retaining the original gravestone details at FindaGrave, Memorial #35058698."
