- A researcher submitted the following comment November 2014: "This document is dated 1851, not 1837. It refers to the land that is now occupied by 14, 16, and 20 King Street West. Phares Miller (1820-1898) was a wheelwright. The document makes reference to a dwelling recently built on the property by Miller. He lived their with his wife Hannah (nee Ockerman) and two sons Charles and Lorenzo. He sold the property to Peter Inglis in 1853. Peter Inglis was the brother of the George Inglis referred to in the document as having a blacksmith shop on the property to the east."
