Colborne's Legion's Bernard Fox, left, receives presentation while John Weir Foote, VC, for whom the Grafton Legion is named, looks on. The Legion is the Charles S. Rutherford branch." See pp.84-86 for a reference to Charles Rutherford and pp.88-89 for a reference to Bernard Fox. Pages 29-31 of this publication for an essay entitled: "Charles Rutherford: VC, MC, MM "By Masterly Bluff"."
