BALLAD SINGER Russ Titus, popular Toronto baritone whose lively ballad interpretations are featured in "Singalong," a program of the latest song and dance tunes, broadcast Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1.45 p.m. EST, on the CBC Trans-Canada network. Veteran thea-and night club singer, Titus is well known to radio listeners here in the United States through broadcasts on both sides if the border. During the Second Great War he was with the Canadian Army Show. There are two Children's Hospitals China to care for 200,000,000 children.
